The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Clinical Rotational Pharmacist to join their clinical team on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week, with flexible working options available). This role involves optimizing patient care across various medical and surgical specialties, as well as gaining experience in specialized areas such as pediatrics, haematology, and renal medicine. The successful candidate will participate in a pharmacist rotational training program and may also have the opportunity to pursue a clinical diploma through Liverpool John Moores University.

Key responsibilities include providing pharmaceutical care services to patients, wards, and departments within the trust, along with participating in dispensary and medicines information services. The department emphasises learning, innovation, and teamwork, with a supportive environment that encourages professional development.
