Applicants would need to provide evidence of the following criteria: Significant acute medical nursing experience Dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic with a very high standard of clinical practice Degree level qualification Completed HMU competencies Completed or near completion - Critical Care Course Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to manage patient flow and work closely with other teams Support the Ward/Department Sister/Charge Nurse in leading the team to deliver the objectives of the clinical area. Demonstrate excellent personal communication skills across AMU, HMU and wider Trust Actively promote excellent team working and MDT relationships. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the clinical area and for a well-maintained environment.
