Clearbrook is an 18 bedded inpatient High dependency units for ladies experiencing psychosis, co-existing conditions such as drug/alcohol dependency, trauma, autism. The ward has a wide MDT including consultant psychiatrists, psychology, psychology assistants, OT, Peer support workers, Activity facilitators, admin - all of whom work collaboratively with the clinical team and service users in completing assessments of needs and delivering individualised care to support a successful transition and discharge to the appropriate environment when their recovery has been optimised. The Clinical Nurse Lead will work within a multi-disciplinary team, developing collaborative, needs based care plans, through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within an Inpatient setting.They act as an identified deputy in the absence of the Ward Manager.They facilitate and coordinate clinical practice, ensuring high standards of evidence based care and treatment.They are visible and accessible to patients, families and carers working together to ensure efficient, effective and caring services.
