The role of Clinical Nurse Lead at Clearbrook within the CNTW NHS Foundation Trust involves both collaborative and independent work to deliver high-quality, individualized patient care in an 18-bedded high-dependency unit for women with complex mental health issues. The successful candidate will engage with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to develop care plans, facilitate discharges, and ensure high standards of care and treatment are maintained.

Continuous professional development is a key component of this role, with opportunities for training, appraisals, and clinical supervision provided through the CNTW Academy. The Clinical Nurse Lead will also act as a deputy in the absence of the Ward Manager, helping to coordinate clinical practice and improve the overall wellbeing of both patients and staff.
