{"interviewQueryText":"What are some good interview questions in British English for the job description below?\n\n-------------------------------------------\n\nIntensive Care Fellow with The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in Chelsea\n\n For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification. The Critical Care Unit at the Royal Marsden is looking to appoint a Clinical Fellow in Critical Care. This post would be equivalent to a ST3 level candidate; however those with little or no critical care experience would be equally as suitable for the post. This is a substantive 3-6 month post (extendable), open to all individuals who wish to gain further experience in Critical Care Medicine. The post will comprise daytime, night-time and weekend commitment to provide cover for the Critical Care Unit (CCU) at the Fulham Road, Chelsea, site. This would comprise, on average, 48-hours/week. This post does not require advanced airway skills, as there is a separate anaesthetic rota providing cover on the unit. The appointee will be expected, with colleagues, to provide a first-class critical care service. Clinical duties include, but are not limited to, the day-to-day provision of high-quality medical care to patients on the CCU. The appointee will be encouraged to undertake a research, quality improvement or audit project under a designated consultant supervisor. "}
