The team We are a fully integrated service that can responsively support the needs of children and their families.SCC has invested in Staff Nurses to work alongside Health Visitors and Healthy Child Practitioners to facilitate improved public health outcomes. We specialise in working with families with children aged 0 to 5 to identify health needs as early as possible to improve health and wellbeing.
