Suffolk County Council is seeking a Community Staff Nurse (Health Visiting) for the Coastal Team at the Leiston Family Hub in Ipswich. This permanent position, offering a salary between £34,314 and £39,513 per annum (pro rata for part-time), involves working 30 hours per week. The role focuses on supporting families with children aged 0 to 5, aiming to ensure the best possible starts in life for young children and positively impacting their lifelong health and wellbeing. The successful candidate will provide expert advice, assessments, and interventions, addressing the challenges faced by families.
