Support is needed with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, tidying, washing up, washing clothes etc. Support to access community/social settings and attend medical appointment. Support with finances and medication. Support with correspondence and documentation. Support to engage in activities. Support with shopping and personal hygiene. Support to maintain a nutritious and balanced diet. Support to maintain positive physical and mental health and support to manage some behaviours that may challenge.
