A vacancy has arisen for a full time enthusiastic Senior Registered Children's Nurse to join the leadership team and be instrumental in managing the day to day needs of the whole service. As an integral member of the team, the post holder will demonstrate excellent communication and clinical skills and have some nursing experience working alongside children, as well as being flexible to work with different staff teams providing nursing care across Hull & East Riding. The role will incorporate caring for children and their families within a range of environments including mainstream and special needs schools, home, and other care or respite settings. The service covers children with acute and complex conditions including palliative and end of life care when needed, special school nursing and support of acute and chronic continence conditions.
