The SAPP Team aims to support all trust staff to keep children, young people and adults at risk, safe. As admin team lead you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth and efficient day to day functioning of the team. We'd love to hear from you if, in line with our values, you are a caring and compassionate individual who thrives in a busy but supportive work environment. You should have previous secretarial/clerical experience and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload. Previous experience of managing people / teams is desirable as is the ability to utilise the available suite of Microsoft Office applications. The post holder will work as part of the Safer Care Directorate. They will assist the Associate Director, undertake all administrative duties within the specified area under the direction of the Associate Director Safer Care required, and ensures all necessary systems/procedures are completed efficiently and accurately. Manages the administrative team with responsibilities for all staff issues including recruitment, appraisal, training, performance management, and providing supervision and support. Monitors and improves Quality Standards of administrative and clerical services within own team.
