Who can develop project support systems which require a high level of planning, negotiating, analytical and communication skills. Able to support the planning, development and implementation of projects or service transformation schemes as a member of the team, supported by a project manager within autonomy agreed based on the nature and scope of the specific project. To assist the project sponsor in the overall project design and implementation phases. To arrange and lead relevant meetings at various stages throughout the project, both internally and the wider Integrated Care System where required.
