The role of Project Lead at Willerby Hill with Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust involves providing professional leadership and expertise in project delivery and service transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project support systems, which require strong planning, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. They will assist in the planning, development, and implementation of projects, lead meetings, monitor progress, ensure timelines are met, and communicate complex information effectively to various stakeholders.

Additionally, the Project Lead will generate progress reports for the Service Planning and Transformation Group, collaborate with senior managers, and support the development of less experienced staff in project management and communication skills.
