We are looking for an individual who can offer a high standard of evidence based professional leadership, knowledge, and experience of supporting project delivery and service transformation.
Who can develop project support systems which require a high level of planning, negotiating, analytical and communication skills.
Able to support the planning, development and implementation of projects or service transformation schemes as a member of the team, supported by a project manager within autonomy agreed based on the nature and scope of the specific project.
- To assist the project sponsor in the overall project design and implementation phases.
- To arrange and lead relevant meetings at various stages throughout the project, both internally and the wider Integrated Care System where required.
- To monitor project progress ensuring timelines are met and risks and mitigating actions identified and escalated where appropriate.
- To lead and present complex, sensitive and challenging professional communication processes that may impact on staff, the team, the organisation, partner agencies, and carers, where there are barriers to understanding.
- To demonstrate a sound level of inter-personal skills when providing information of a non-clinical nature to staff, carers, public/external agencies, maintaining the Trust standards of customer care.
- In conjunction with service leads generate monthly reports, or more frequent if required, to provide progress updates to the Service Planning and Transformation Group.
