Knowledge of Health Board IT systems to include WCCIS, and Myrddin would be desirable although full training will be given. The post holder may at times be required to work at any Cwm Taf Morgannwg site as directed by their line manager. Brief Overview * First point of contact for patients via telephone and/or face to face * Inbound/outbound calls * Booking/rearranging appointments * Clerical tasks, including scanning referrals, distributing appointment letters * Use of clinical information systems (Myrddin/WPAS) to update confidential information * Liaising with patients, clinical and administrative colleague The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
