What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. What attracted you to this position with The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust?
2. Can you describe your experience with data inputting and any relevant software you’ve used?
3. How do you ensure accuracy and attention to detail in your work, especially when handling patient case-notes?
4. How would you handle a situation where you receive conflicting requests from different departments regarding patient case-notes?
5. Give us an example of a time when you had to prioritise your workload. How did you approach it?
6. What steps do you take to ensure your safety and the safety of others when engaging in manual handling tasks?
7. In a busy hospital environment, conflicts or stressful situations may arise. How do you maintain your composure and professionalism in such situations?
8. Describe a time when you worked in a team. What role did you play, and how did you contribute to the team’s success?
You can answer as many of these questions as you want. Good luck!
