The team within this service work efficiently and effectively at a fast pace to support both elective and non-elective surgery, diagnosis intervention and ultimately safe discharge. Ward 7 is interlinked with other services within the organisation particularly focusing on elective and emergency surgery with complex stepdown from critical care. The strategic goals are centred on a positive patient journey and experience which is pivotal in minimising risk and reducing harm. The surgical team are high performing and deliver organisational requirements of a well led service. We are looking for talented, motivated professional senior nurse, preferable in a clinical sister's position at present.
