Project work to ensure women in the hard to reach communities can access education and support for pelvic floor dysfunction and make pelvic floor education accessible in there language. The aim is to improve the standard of the pelvic health service across the Black Country To provide professional leadership across all aspects of perinatal pelvic health. Support and work with the teams across the Maternity department to develop and maintain a programme plan to facilitate the implementation of a clinically based teaching and competency based assessment package to aim towards achieving better care in women with obstetric pelvic floor injury.
