The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Perinatal Pelvic Health Services (PPHS) Specialist Midwife to lead the initiative focused on enhancing pelvic health for women. This role involves collaborating with the Specialist Physiotherapist Clinical Lead to deliver preventative education, identify those at risk of pelvic floor dysfunction, and ensure access to timely and equitable treatments. Key responsibilities include leading service improvement projects, providing clinical teaching and training to midwives and healthcare professionals, and supporting the implementation of the Oasi Care bundle.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced midwife with a passion for pelvic health, possessing skills in service improvement, data auditing, and teaching. They will work to ensure that all women, especially those in hard-to-reach communities, have access to pelvic health education through various platforms. The goal is to enhance the quality of pelvic health services across the Black Country while providing professional leadership within the maternity department.
