This is a diverse role allowing you to develop a range of different skills and participate within a multidisciplinary team. The centre offers specialized care for individuals with neurological impairments such as stroke, traumatic brain injury and multiple sclerosis. Its services aim to enhance physical well-being, functional ability and reduce care needs. Additionally, the centre provides prosthetic and orthotic services, including custom limb production and maintenance and runs a specialist occupational therapy service for wheelchair assessment and prescription. This is a Part Time Band 3 Role working 30 Hours Per Week. We require a team member to work Monday- Friday covering 30 hours across these 5 days. You will join out team of consultants, prosthetists, physios and other Advanced Clinical Practitioners who work extremely hard in providing clinical care to rehabilitation patients. The main duty of this role is to be the first point of contact for all patients entering the centre. You will be based on reception covering reception and administration tasks including but not exclusive to, dealing with patient information in a sensitive manner, handling in person, telephone and email enquiries, booking appointments and patient transport where needed and liaising with the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient care is provided to all patients.
