Category Management Proactively manages all spend in allocated categories of expenditure. Ensures that category services are fit-for-purpose and suitable for stakeholders. Develop, implement, monitor, and review procurement/commercial strategies for allocated categories. Develops and maintains supplier relationship management. Project management of the tendering process from initial scoping through to contract award Manage high-value strategic sourcing projects. Identify and manage risk throughout the procurement process.
