The successful post holder will be expected to work as part of an integrated therapy team, consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants in order to provide excellent therapy care to patients and their families. As a team lead, you will be expected to manage your team and support in the development of your service and that of your team. To be on call competent and participate in the emergency on call rota. As a team lead on the Critical Care units and surgical wards, you would be expected to participate in the delivery of on-call teaching.
