Band 7: £46,148 to £52,809 a year per annum/pro rata  PERMANENT 

As aTeam Lead Physiotherapist you will ensure that you provide timely assessments and interventions to a variety of patients including falls, neurological and respiratory conditions.

You will be supported team members wherever necessary.

You will also be expected to delegate appropriate tasks to less experienced physiotherapists and therapy assistants, provide support to the rest of the team where necessary and assist the development of the service.

The role will provide you with experience of working in a challenging and fast-paced specialist ward environment and the opportunity to develop skills within this area

The successful post holder will be expected to work as part of an integrated therapy team, consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants in order to provide excellent therapy care to patients and their families.

As a team lead, you will be expected to manage your team and support in the development of your service and that of your team.

To be on call competent and participate in the emergency on call rota. As a team lead on the Critical Care units and surgical wards, you would be expected to participate in the delivery of on-call teaching.
