Develop and deliver specific and relevant teaching programmes for all disciplines and grades of staff in order to ensure all staff are equipped to deliver care the initial management of a patient with Liaise closely with other Burn Nurse Advisors to share skills and knowledge and ensure relevant skills are disseminated, learning and knowledge shared, etc. Provide advice on role competencies and contribute to the development of relevant competencies for registered nurses, students of nursing, assistant practitioners and clinical support workers. To undertake any other reasonable duties, responsibilities or projects as requested commensurate with the postholder's skills, knowledge and experience. This is one of a number of similar posts across the London and South East of England Burn Network. The post holder will be expected to link with other post holders to share best practice and to develop systems for clinical supervision across a peer group for individual support and decision-making.
