The Burns Care Advisor at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in East Grinstead will focus on the development and evaluation of high-quality, evidence-based training and education for healthcare professionals involved in the initial management and referral of burn injuries within the regional Burns Service. This role requires adherence to the National Burn Care Standards, with responsibilities including designing and delivering education programs tailored to various staff levels, ensuring they are equipped to provide competent care to burn patients.

Additionally, the advisor will collaborate with other Burn Nurse Advisors to share knowledge and best practices, contribute to the development of competency frameworks, and participate in research and audit activities.
