This includes ensuring Trust wide values are fully embedded across all service within the Division. The Divisional Director has overall responsibility and accountability for developing and implementing the strategy and business plan for the Division to support the Trust Annual Plan. This will encompass all aspects of operational, financial and commercial management. LEADERSHIP 1. Create a strong and effective team by providing strong and visible leadership and a clear strategic vision and direction for staff working within the Division. 2. Manage the relationships with ICS, other statuary partners and VCSE to engage them in developing the Division's strategic direction and work programmes SERVICE DELIVERY & TRANSFORMATION 1. Lead the development and delivery of effective services within the Division ensuring services meet quality standards and performance. 2. Within the context of the Trust's overall transformation programme, lead the development of new models of care for services within the Division, ensuring care pathways support safe and effective provision of care. 3. Lead the delivery of effective services for the Division, working across HPFT itself and across the health and care system to achieve required levels of performance. 4. Develop effective communication plans within the Division and externally to communicate the Division strategy and plans.
