The post holder will be responsible for administrative tasks associated with the maintenance and smooth running of the Homecare and Pharmacy service, ensuring all patients receiving treatments via a homecare delivery, are managed quickly and appropriately. They will then also be responsible for processing invoices using the CMM pharmacy software. The post holder will also support the department in purchasing consumables and stationery using the software Oracle and online portals. They will also be responsible for receiving the stock, ensuring that they reach their intended location. The post holder will also be asked to assist with income generation, data inputting on to a spreadsheet and directly on to the Oracle system.
