Implement regular supervision, appraisals, objective setting, and personal development plans. Maintain safe staffing levels within budgetary constraints to ensure patient safety. Establish and maintain governance procedures to promote communication, learning, and best practices. Efficiently manage the delegated team budget and resources. Facilitate audits and implement recommendations to support continuous improvement. Demonstrate a clear understanding of service user needs and care requirements. Contribute expertise to multidisciplinary team (MDT) care decisions. Deliver care within a patient-centred framework involving service users, families, and carers. Comply with trust policies, guidelines, and protocols.
