If successful, you will be working as part of a community nursing team based at 1 of 3 sites - Bitterne Health Centre, Royal South Hants Hospital or Broadcast House (near the Western Community Hospital). Community nursing provides care & treatment for adults with complex health & care needs. You will be lone working but part of a supportive team. Candidates will ideally possess an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, full training will be provided to enable you to fulfil your role. i.e. training sessions, online & working 1:1 with clinical staff.
