Collate information as and when required. Keep accurate referral records for audit purposes. Run monthly recalls. Process private referrals and upload to an online portal. Maintain patient records. Use (e-RS) electronic Referral Service, EMIS, Docman and Microsoft applications. Deal with a high volume of work. Any other delegated duties considered appropriate to post.
