The post holder will play a senior role in the day to day management of the dermatology area and the provision of all out patients services The successful post holder will be involved in the day to day running of the dermatology department at Queens Hospital. The following would be expected: To oversee and contribute to the effective management of the day treatment areas ensuring treatments are administrated in the most efficient manner. To be fully aware of the uses, safety precautions and handling of equipment used within Dermatology. Participate in the maintenance of equipment used in the clinical area, and follow the correct procedures if equipment is found to be faulty or must be removed from service. To be a professional role model to staff responsible for the administration of direct care.
