There are currently three hubs and as listed below which support directorates in the delivery of regional priorities and statutory duties: Nursing / Medical / Public Health Performance and Improvement / Strategy and Transformation Workforce, Education and Training / RD Office / Commissioning and finance. The key objectives of the hubs are: Deliver professional administrative support to directorates. Provide a flexible resource to support delivery of regional priorities, reducing duplication, ensuring consistent application, and delivery of corporate governance requirements. Ensures a fair distribution of support aligned to delivery of regional priorities. Provide peer to peer support, shared learning, and flexible cross cover during planned and unplanned absence. Provides development opportunities for staff through training and shadowing opportunities to support personal and professional growth. About us The post holder will work as part of a team in delivering an efficient and effective Business Management Support service. Key Responsibilities will include: Undertaking all administrative duties such as photocopying and sorting and prioritising mail and e-mail where required. Distributing as appropriate. Managing the electronic diary for the Manager/Director, including arranging and changing appointments, prioritising these as appropriate. Organising and planning events as directed, providing all necessary supporting in local materials. Plan and co-ordinate appointments, including rearranging and prioritising as appropriate. Provide support to senior team meetings including organising meetings, booking rooms, and ensuring papers are ready and distributed for meetings Undertake the organisation and planning of events as directed. Organise travel arrangements for the wider team, booking rail and accommodation in accordance with policy. Gather information and undertake enquires for the team and the wider group as and when is necessary. "}
