The successful candidate will be an accredited CBT therapist and have a proven ability to deliver CBT to a high standard. They will ideally have completed training/qualification in supervision and have experience of supervising staff. They will be expected to deliver consultation and advice to the multi-disciplinary team as well as other professionals and agencies involved in the care plan. We are looking for clinicians that are passionate about evidence based, person centred and collaborative practice. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and enjoy being part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team. To manage a highly specialised caseload consisting of complex psychological presentations. Advise other professionals on appropriate referrals for CBT/Therapies To utilise specialist assessment skills to determine a potential client's suitability for CBT/Therapies, and make informed recommendations for other treatment modalities where indicated To develop individual case formulations for all clients integrating clinical assessment data with evidence based psychological models in order to plan CBT/Therapies for individual clients and collaboratively engage them in the process of therapy To conduct risk assessments, preparing risk management plans and initiating appropriate action where indicated (including requests for mental health act assessments) To support CAMHS Managers to promote a culture of continual improvement in the quality, diversity and performance management of services Please see attached job description and person specification to support your application for this post.
