This involves engaging and inspiring young people into careers at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. You will co-ordinate activities with multiple professional bodies and partners to facilitate feeder routes into all areas of healthcare careers. The skills we are looking for are attention to detail, tact, patience, the ability to liaise with colleagues throughout the Hospital and beyond, excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and respectful manner. You will also need to access multiple IT systems. There will be on the job training and support from the Work Opportunities Team and Talent Manager.
