To manage and lead a rota administration team to provide Medical Rota Management to allspecialties Trust wide.Working in conjunction with the Care Group Directors and Directorate Medical Leads, thepost holder must ensure the provision of high quality patient care by efficiently deployingjunior medical staff across all specialities, including on call, across the Urgent, Planned andNetwork Groups.This will involve close liaison with junior doctors, Consultants, Medical Leads, andmanagement teams and the Trust's Medical Human Resources department.
