Previous experience would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided. The main duties of the role will be answering the telephone to patients and other others contacting the practice, making appointments for GPs, nurses and other attached staff, answering the many patient queries, producing repeat prescriptions for patients and taking a turn on the reception desk.
