To provide a high quality, professional reception service to patients, doctors, staff, colleagues, health service professionals and others.

Chainbridge Medical Partnership are looking to expand our team of reception staff. We are looking for applicants with a good telephone manner who can work under pressure and enjoy interacting with people. Previous experience would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided.

The main duties of the role will be answering the telephone to patients and other others contacting the practice, making appointments for GPs, nurses and other attached staff, answering the many patient queries, producing repeat prescriptions for patients and taking a turn on the reception desk.

To ensure that enquiries from patients are efficiently and courteously handled to the mutual satisfaction of the partners and patients.
