Working very closely with the VW tech provider in ensuring equipment is working well and reporting any concenrns to the VW digital teams help desk. As part of the VW team, the post holder will provide high quality care to patients, promoting recovery in a manner that maintains patient safety at all times. The post holder will assist in service and good practice developments. To assist in providing care as delegated by the Senior Virtual Ward Nurse in charge within patients homes. To maintain knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to deliver a quality service that is responsive to the changing needs of patients.
