Practice Interview

What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you describe your experience working in urgent and emergency care settings? What specific roles have you held that have prepared you for this position?
2. What types of patients have you typically assessed in a primary care or urgent care setting? Can you provide a specific example of a challenging case you managed?
3. Effective communication is vital in urgent care. How do you ensure clarity and empathy when communicating with patients over the phone?
4. Can you describe your experience in managing your own workload? How do you prioritise tasks when faced with multiple demands?
5. What motivated you to apply for this position with South East Coast Ambulance Service?
6. Can you discuss a time when you went above and beyond for a patient? What was the situation, and what was the outcome?
7. Imagine you receive a call from a patient exhibiting symptoms of a serious condition. How would you assess the situation and advise the patient?
You can answer as many of these questions as you want. Good luck!
