The South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SECAmb) is seeking Urgent Care Practitioners (Experienced Paramedic Practitioners/Nurse Practitioners) for full-time, part-time, and bank positions in Crawley and Gillingham. This role involves providing advanced clinical assessments and signposting through telephone consultations for patients contacting the 999 and 111 services. Successful candidates will also offer clinical advice and leadership to multidisciplinary teams within the Emergency Operations Centre and broader Integrated Urgent Care teams.

Applicants must be registered Paramedics or Nurse Practitioners with extensive clinical experience in primary and urgent care settings. The position requires strong patient consultation and communication skills, as well as the ability to operate autonomously while managing clinical workloads effectively. Candidates should demonstrate sound assessment and decision-making abilities, alongside a track record of working under pressure in dynamic healthcare environments.
