The post holder will work with people awarded a community sentence where mental health, drugs and/or alcohol have been identified and work closely and collaborate with partner agencies to manage these orders. You will work directly with individuals released from prison and support multi-agency plans around them. The successful candidate will work as part of the Criminal Justice Liaison Team alongside in-house services which include prescribing and clinical, outreach, hospital and adult community and a residential rehabilitation facility.
