About us What you will be doing as our Deputy Operational Team Manager Acting as the first point of contact for staff on operational and clinical issues, ensuring day-to-day service delivery runs smoothly. Supporting and guiding staff in identifying and managing safeguarding or risk issues in accordance with established policies. Collaborating with the Operational Team Manager and Clinical Leads to address significant clinical concerns, ethical matters, or logistical challenges. Assisting in the recruitment, induction, and training of new team members, ensuring continuity of service delivery. Providing line management and caseload supervision to team members, promoting professional development and evaluating performance. Ensuring clinical supervision is effectively facilitated and aligns with best practice. Supporting the development and implementation of service protocols and practice guidelines. Facilitating communication and collaboration between LMWS teams and external partners to ensure cohesive client care pathways. Engaging with partners and stakeholders to promote service access for deprived or disadvantaged communities. Representing LMWS at local forums and external meetings. Participating in the out-of-hours duty manager rota (if applicable). "}
