What you will be doing as our Deputy Operational Team Manager

  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff on operational and clinical issues, ensuring day-to-day service delivery runs smoothly.
  • Supporting and guiding staff in identifying and managing safeguarding or risk issues in accordance with established policies.
  • Collaborating with the Operational Team Manager and Clinical Leads to address significant clinical concerns, ethical matters, or logistical challenges.
  • Assisting in the recruitment, induction, and training of new team members, ensuring continuity of service delivery.
  • Providing line management and caseload supervision to team members, promoting professional development and evaluating performance.
  • Ensuring clinical supervision is effectively facilitated and aligns with best practice.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of service protocols and practice guidelines.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between LMWS teams and external partners to ensure cohesive client care pathways.
  • Engaging with partners and stakeholders to promote service access for deprived or disadvantaged communities.
  • Representing LMWS at local forums and external meetings.
  • Participating in the out-of-hours duty manager rota (if applicable).
