This involves coordinating with external agencies, such as social services and law enforcement, to provide comprehensive support to at-risk adults. The role will require strong analytical skills to assess safeguarding concerns and make informed decisions, as well as excellent communication skills to advocate for the needs of vulnerable individuals.
