Assist in the delivery of and evaluation of Trust manual handling training programmes, including: Moving and handling Level 1, Moving and handling Level 2, Moving and handling level 3,Bespoke service Moving and Handling training. Contribute to the evaluation of training, to ensure a consistent approach is achieved and that continuous improvements take place. Keep accurate training records, ensuring that these are correct and uploaded to the learning management site. Participate in audits on training as required, writing concise and robust training reports with support from the senior manual handling trainers. Attend meetings in the absence of the manual handling trainers in order to contribute to discussions on patient safety and health and safety.
