Your days will berewarding and varied - working across our inpatient wardyou will be part of a team who are passionate about the rehabilitation of their patients and always strive to ensure they regain as much independence as possible. Your primary purpose is to carry out routine care and health tasks which will be set out in agreed care plans, or work plans or as directed by registered colleagues. You will also, when trained, contribute to care plans, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
