HCRG Care Group is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join their multidisciplinary team at Paulton Memorial Hospital's John Stacey ward, which focuses on rehabilitation for patients in a 28-bed inpatient unit. This part-time role, requiring 30 hours per week, involves carrying out routine care tasks as outlined in care plans while working collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
