You will have an expert working knowledge of the BI reporting function with the ability to perform and demonstrate the creation of bespoke reports and dashboards to fulfil organisational needs. Key to this role is the design, development and maintenance of integrated performance reports that meet customer requirements, ensuring that robust and credible information is used in performance reports through the deployment of quality assurance processes and also building predictive tools for the early identification of potential risks and preventative action. Through your team, you willproduce detailed and timely workforce information reports for distribution to Executives, Collaborative Managers and Clinicians and other senior staff within the organisation. You will also support the development of a workforce information function within People Services, setting standards for standardised reporting of workforce data and information.
