You will ensure timely and accurateproduction of performance reports to key management forums of the Trust's governance framework, including the Board and its sub committees. The post holder will be responsible for designing reports to meet customer requirements and undertaking thorough analysis of performance issues, including working with Collaborative leadership teams and managers to achieve accompanying supporting narrative for performance reports.
This post may be suitable as a development role commencing at Band 5, with progression to Band 6 following a supported period of development.
The Team Lead will work with their team to extract, analyse and present data from established workforce data systems, making complex information understandable for all levels of audience, ensuringthat data and information requests made to the Team are completed in a timely manner and that excellent customer service is provided at all times.
You will have an expert working knowledge of the BI reporting function with the ability to perform and demonstrate the creation of bespoke reports and dashboards to fulfil organisational needs.
Key to this role is the design, development and maintenance of integrated performance reports that meet customer requirements, ensuring that robust and credible information is used in performance reports through the deployment of quality assurance processes and also building predictive tools for the early identification of potential risks and preventative action.
Through your team, you willproduce detailed and timely workforce information reports for distribution to Executives, Collaborative Managers and Clinicians and other senior staff within the organisation. You will also support the development of a workforce information function within People Services, setting standards for standardised reporting of workforce data and information.
