Plan/organise a number of conflicting tasks and priorities whilst still meeting deadlines. Liaise with Hospital staff, GPs, Community Teams and internal staff via email and telephone. Collate information as and when required. Keep accurate referral records for audit purposes. Run monthly recalls. Process private referrals and upload to an online portal. Maintain patient records. Use (e-RS) electronic Referral Service, EMIS, Docman and Microsoft applications. Deal with a high volume of work. Any other delegated duties considered appropriate to post.
