Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with minor illnesses in both face-to-face and telephone consultations. in line with current evidence-based guidelines Collaborate effectively with the nursing and wider multi-disciplinary team. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of learning. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using TPP SystmOne.
