Responsible for the provision of strategic leadership across CTM to ensure safe, high quality and efficient patient care. The approach that the Care Group Medical Director will need to work with and implement is one specialty across the population the Care Group covers, Mental Health or across the three acute sites. Supporting specialties to work more closely together across sites and communities, including promoting cross-site working. Ensuring that in each specialty there is equity of conditions and resources across the Health Board to meet clinical need. About us The post holder will be part of the Medical Director team for professional support, development and team working with Deputy and Assistant Medical Directors.
